Changes will be effective upon Dropz All Over posting such revised Terms on this website or the changed arrangements or supplemental terms on the relevant Service. Your continued access or use of the Services after such posting constitutes your acceptance to be bound by the Terms, as amended.

Dropz All Over may disclose certain data (including your contact information) to a data processor or a security provider if there is a disagreement, dispute, or conflict, which may involve an accident, including you and a Third-Party Provider and such data or information is necessary to determine the disagreement, dispute, or conflict.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Dropz All Over grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to: (i) access and use the Applications on your own device solely for your use of the Services; and (ii) access and use any content, data, and related materials that may be made available through the Services, in each case solely for your own, non-commercial use. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Dropz All Over and Dropz All Over's licensors.

Restrictions

You may not: (i) remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice from any part of the Services; (ii) reproduce, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, license, rent, move, trade, exchange, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, communicate or otherwise exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by Dropz All Over; (iii) decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Services except as may be permitted by applicable law; (iv) connect to, mirror, or frame any part of the Services; (v) cause or launch any programs or scripts to scrape, order, browse, or otherwise data mine any part of the Services or unduly burden or disrupt the operation and functionality of any part of the Services; or (vi) attempt to gain unauthorized access to or disable any part of the Services or its related systems or networks.

Ownership

The Services and all rights therein are and will remain Dropz All Over's property or the property of Dropz All Over's licensors. Neither these Terms nor your use of the Services transfer or grant to you any rights: (i) in or associated with the Services other than the limited license granted above; or (ii) to use or reference in any way Dropz All Over's company names, logos, product and service names, trademarks or service marks or those of Dropz All Over's licensors.

Your Use of the Services

User Accounts

To use most parts of the Services, you must register for and maintain a functioning personal user account ("Account"). You must be 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your locality (if not the same as 18), to create an Account. Account registration requires you to submit to Dropz All Over certain personal information, such as your name, address, mobile phone number, and age, as well as at least one valid payment method (either a credit card or an accepted payment partner). You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account. Your failure to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date Account data, including having an invalid or expired payment method on file, may result in your inability to access and use the Services or Dropz All Over's termination of these Terms with you.
